This breakfast smoothie recipe is easy to follow, as it only calls for a few basic ingredients. In order to make this smoothie, you’ll need ½ cup of frozen blueberries, some lemon zest and lemon juice, sugar (or if you’re looking to keep your sugar intake down, we recommend a sugar substitute like Splenda), fat-free milk and Cabot Greek Yogurt. When you’re ready to make this smoothie, combine all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend everything until the mixture is completely smooth (this should take roughly a minute or so). Enjoy!
