This breakfast smoothie recipe is easy to follow, as it only calls for a few basic ingredients. In order to make this smoothie, you’ll need ½ cup of frozen blueberries, some lemon zest and lemon juice, sugar (or if you’re looking to keep your sugar intake down, we recommend a sugar substitute like Splenda), fat-free milk and Cabot Greek Yogurt. When you’re ready to make this smoothie, combine all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend everything until the mixture is completely smooth (this should take roughly a minute or so). Enjoy!

Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar replacement (optional)
- ½ cup fat free milk

½ cup Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt or Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
- COMBINE in blender container, blueberries, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar or sugar replacement if using. Add milk and yogurt; cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Tip: For an extra protein boost, add ½ scoop of whey protein powder per 1 cup of yogurt.
