Honey Cinnamon Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Cabot Unsalted Butter, softened

  • 2½ tablespoons honey

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. MIX all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. PLACE butter mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter.

  3. CHILL the butter log one to two hours hours until mostly firm.

  4. SERVE sliced butter rounds on bread, crackers or toppings for pancakes or waffles.
