Pimento Cheese

Use your favorite Cabot cheddar in this classic southern recipe. For a creative use of pimento cheese try Cabot's Grilled Peach and Pimento Toasts. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar (or your favorite Cabot cheddar!), grated (about 4 cups)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. MIX all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.

  2. Serve and enjoy.
