For 2 servings, you’ll need 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar, just a dash of salt, 2 cups of baby arugula (spinach also works well), ½ Braeburn apple (cored and sliced thin), 1 ounce of Cabot Habanero Cheddar (grated), and 3 tablespoons of bacon crumbles (pre-cooked).


Putting this salad together really couldn’t get any easier: whisk the oil, vinegar, and salt together in a medium bowl. Add in the arugula (or spinach), sliced apples, and grated cheddar, and toss to combine. To serve, top with bacon crumbles. That’s it! Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. WHISK together oil, vinegar and salt in a medium bowl.
