Spinach Artichoke Cheddar Dip

Melty, cheesy and full of healthy vegetables, this dip will be the first to disappear at your next party.

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

  2. COMBINE spinach, artichokes, 1 cup of shredded cheese, yogurt, green onions, chili flakes. Season with salt & pepper to taste, and mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. POUR mixture into baking or gratin dish and top with the remaining cup of cheese.

  4. BAKE for 20 minutes, then turn on the broiler. Broil until top is golden brown. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot and bubbling, with toasted French bread or hearty crackers.
