Yes! Cabot's 2-Ingredient Creamy Berry Popsicle recipe uses Reduced Fat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt which provides healthy protein, calcium and other vitamins. And fresh or frozen berries are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.

How long do homemade berry popsicles take to freeze?

Homemade yogurt popsicles typically take 4-8 hours to freeze completely depending on the size of the molds used. For the best results, make sure the popsicles are completely solid before attempting to unmold them.

Can I make creamy berry popsicles without a popsicle mold?

To make popsicles without a mold, use small paper or plastic cups, ice cube trays, or a foil-lined loaf pan. Prepare the Cabot Reduced Fat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt and berry mixture, pour it into the chosen container, and add a stick once the mixture is partially frozen.
