Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 1 16-ounce can refried beans
- 1 10-ounce can enchilada sauce

8 ounces Cabot Habanero Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
- Cooking spray

Cabot Sour Cream
- Fresh tomatoes, diced
- Green onions, sliced
- Black olives, sliced

Directions
- BROWN and crumble the ground beef in a large skillet with the taco seasoning.
- SPRAY the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- PLACE one tortilla in the air fryer basket and spread with a layer of refried beans. Top with the ground beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese. Place another tortilla on top. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the enchilada sauce on top. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
- SET the air fryer to 370°F and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- REPEAT with the remaining tortillas and fillings. (You can keep the finished pizzas warm in the oven on a baking sheet until ready to serve.)
- SERVE with desired toppings.
