Directions
- WHISKÂ in a medium bowl, milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Whisk in chia seeds; refrigerate overnight (for best results, stir mixture again 1 hour after refrigerating to redistribute any chia seeds that may have settled).
- WHENÂ ready to serve, combine remaining raisins, orange juice and a pinch of cinnamon in a small bowl. Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile divide pudding evenly among 4 glasses or small serving bowl. Top evenly with raisin mixture.
