Directions

  1. HEAT a skillet on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toast the sourdough bread slices in olive oil until lightly toasted and golden on both sides. Remove from skillet.

  2. SPREAD half of the marinara sauce on each piece of toast.

  3. SPREAD half of the cottage cheese on top of marinara sauce.

  4. TOP each pizza toast evenly with sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and flaky sea salt.
