Who can resist a sweet and savory appetizer like cheddar-stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto? These yummy treats feature the rich, jammy flavor of figs combined with a tangy sharp cheddar wrapped in salty proscuitto ham. PREHEAT oven to 375ºF.

CUT cheese into 12 cubes.

CUT a small slice in the fig from the base of stem to half way down. Stuff a chunk of cheese in the fig that is appropriate for what the fig size can handle.

WRAP the figs with a piece of prosciutto that has been cut in half the long way. (There is no need for toothpicks or plastic wrap - the prosciutto will adhere to itself.)

BAKE figs for approximately 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melty, but still contained in the fig and proscuitto bundle.

ARRANGE on a serving platter, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with chopped fresh thyme leaves. Serve warm.
