Directions

  1. COMBINE first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.

  2. COMBINE olive oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir with a wire whisk or fork until well combined to make salad dressing.

  3. POUR the dressing over the garbanzo bean mixture and stir well to combine. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
