Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. WHISK flour and baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. ADD butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and peanut butter to a mixer bowl. Beat until combined.
  4. ADD egg and vanilla extract. Beat until combined and fluffy.
  5. ADD the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. DROP cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a 2 - 2.5 tablespoon cookie scoop.

  7. BAKE for 9-10 minutes or until cookies are puffed and bottom is lightly golden brown. Cool for 10-15 minutes on baking sheet. Then transfer to cooling rack and cool completely.
