What could be better than a crispy, cheesy chicken tender dipped in your favorite creamy dressing? Perfect for game day - or any day!
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
½ cup panko bread crumbs
½ cup Italian style bread crumbs

½ cup finely grated Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil spray

Cabot Ranch Dip or Blue Cheese dressing for serving
Directions
PREHEAT the air fryer to 400°F.
PREPARE three shallow dredging plates: Add the flour to one, whisk the eggs in the second one and mix the panko, breadcrumbs, cheese, and pepper in the third.
COAT each tender in flour, then egg, and finally the cheese-breadcrumb mixture.
SPRAY both sides of the chicken generously with oil.
COOK the chicken for 10 minutes (working In batches if necessary) flipping halfway through, until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F) and chicken is crispy and golden.
SERVE with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
Recipe Tips
Use Cabot Ranch Dip or homemade Blue Cheese Dip for dipping these hot, crunchy tenders.
For this recipe it's best to use finely grated cheddar rather than larger shreds.
