Directions
- COMBINEÂ all ingredients, in large saucepan. Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat to maintain simmer. Cover pan and cook, stirring often, for 15 minutes.
- UNCOVERÂ pan and flip apples so they candy on all sides. If liquid remains, turn heat to high and continue stirring and flipping until apple slices are shiny and sticky.
- CAREFULLYÂ remove slices, with tongs, and place slightly separated on baking sheet or large plate.

REMOVE from pan when Cheddar Cheesecake is done, and garnish top with apple slices.
