If you’re looking for a healthy dessert that you can make last-minute, whether for yourself or for company, this chocolate yogurt pudding was meant for you! With Greek yogurt used in place of milk and maple syrup (which blends perfectly with the cocoa) in place of sugar, you won’t have to feel guilty about enjoying this treat. And we promise it’s just as delicious as traditional chocolate pudding. Be sure to share the recipe with friends and family on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter!

When you’re ready to make this delicious dessert, you only need to gather three ingredients: 1 cup of Cabot Reduced Fat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt, or Triple Cream Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened chocolate cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (feel free to experiment with more or less to suit your taste).

Once you’ve gathered and measured these three ingredients, just blend them together until smooth and it’s ready to eat – just like that! How’s that for simple? Enjoy the chocolate yogurt on its own or serve with Original Pretzel Crisps for dipping. You can’t go wrong either way!

When you’re craving chocolate pudding with a nice coffee flavor and have more time available, be sure to try our recipe for Chocolate-Yogurt Pudding. It requires stovetop cooking and needs to be chilled for a couple of hours, but is well worth the effort!
